Refund policy

In line with our store guidelines:

• Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
• Products must be returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
